Ask about or correct your data
Contact [email protected] with the account email and a short description of the request. For privacy, do not include a password, OTP, Aadhaar/PAN image or payment credential. We may need an appropriate identity check before providing account information.
Deletion and consent withdrawal
Account deletion is available through the supported app settings flow. You can also contact us about deletion, correction, access, consent withdrawal, grievances or nomination. Some records may require lawful retention. A request acknowledgement must not be mistaken for completed deletion.
India’s DPDP framework
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and notified Rules, 2025 have phased commencement. Applicable duties and timelines must be assessed against the official notifications. This page is information about the intended service and request routes, not a legal certification or a claim that all duties are already verified.
Raise a privacy concern
Use [email protected] to raise a privacy question or grievance. Describe the issue, identify the affected account and say what outcome you are requesting. Keep identity documents and sensitive payment details out of ordinary email. Review the applicable official framework for further redress options.
