FROM YOUR MESS TO THEIR DOOR

Your dabba rounds. Properly connected.

MessPass connects the mess, its approved delivery workers and the students receiving their meals. It is not an on-demand courier marketplace.

  1. 01

    Your mess

Delivery is offered and configured by the mess.

  2. 02

    Its approved worker

The worker follows the assigned delivery round.

  3. 03

    Your collection

Share the delivery PIN after receiving your meal.

01

A worker verified by the mess

An owner reviews their worker in person. “Verified by this mess” is an employment/authorization attestation, not a platform background-check claim.

02

One active route at a time

A worker can belong to multiple messes, but operates one active route at a time. Delivery planning and the active route are distinct parts of the workflow.

03

Confirmation for each student

Each student has their own confirmation step. Do not share a PIN before receiving a meal or treat a grouped stop as proof that every student was served.

04

Exceptions stay visible

Failure and owner-skip outcomes need a reason and are not successful meal deliveries. Location freshness depends on device permissions, connectivity and the current route.
